Project Date: 2004-2005

At the request of UCLA Neurosurgeon Dr. Neil Martin and with funding from BrainLAB, the Urban Simulation Team produced a virtual recreation of BrainLAB's BrainSuite iMRI. BrainSuite iMRI is a fully integrated, fully compatible intra-operative, high-field MRI and navigation system that may possibly be implemented in the new UCLA replacement hospital. With additional support from Global Care Quest, the team also integrated GCQ's computer display dashboards of patient data into the simulation.

The simulation has been used by Dr. Martin at numerous talks promoting the advantages that available modern technologies afford the medical community.
