With funding provided by the office of the Chief Legislative Analyst of Los Angeles, the Urban Simulation Team created a model of the once proposed and now completed Little Tokyo Branch Library at the intersection of Los Angeles and Second Streets in Downtown L.A. designed by architecture firm Anthony J. Lumsden and Associates in partnership with Charles Walton Associates.
