A component of the Public Safety Metro Site Master Plan, the main street parking facility was conceived to provide parking to the Los Angeles Police Department, as well as the public. The Urban Simulation Team was asked to produce a model of this facility by the Chief Legislative Analyst's office of the City of Los Angeles in order to evaluate it's design within the urban context.
