Downtown - Public Safety Metro Site Master Plan Proposal

At the request of the Chief Legislative Analyst's office of the city of Los Angeles, the Urban Simulation Team at UCLA worked with the architectural firm of DMJM for the purpose of visualizing and communicating master planning options for the proposed Public Safety Metro Site and its various components to the public and city planners. The plan consisted of specific program that included a new Los Angeles Police Department headquarters facility, an Emergency Operations Center, a fire station, a city jail, government and public parking facilities as well as mixed use retail space.
