With funding provided by the office of the Chief Legislative Analyst of Los Angeles, the Urban Simulation Team created a model of the once proposed and now completed annex to the L.A. Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple located at 815 East First Street in Downtown Los Angeles also known as the Centennial Building. The addition was contextually important to the planning process and public negotiation of the Public Safety Metro Site Master Plan by the City of Los Angeles as it resides on the same site bounded by Alameda, First, Vignes, and Temple Streets.
